How do you price your plushies ?
I try to set a price depending on the size and complexity of the plushie rather than the amount of work I put in it. This grants you more affordable prices.
I also need to take into account the charges I have to pay for each selling (paypal takes 2.9%+0.30€) and I need to buy things upfront like the fabrics, threads, the charms/badges...


Why is a product not available anymore?
I need to buy the fabric for plushies or the stocks of badges/stickers/charms.
Sometimes I just can't put money on that and have to wait for a better moment.
The products will certainly be available in the future don't worry ;)
I also only have 5 slots available in this shop, or else I need to pay monthly to bigcartel. I then need to choose what I showcase and what I decide to not do anymore.


Why is this product on 'preorder' instead of being available fulltime ?
Some products aren't profitable for me and still rather expensive for you, so it would be a big loss of money if I was doing stocks in advance hoping people to buy them. Remember I only made a few sales since several years.
Also, some items have custom color shemes, or a big amount of color/size choices, I just can't order a full fabric piece each time I have an order.



Why are shipping costs so high in my country?
I'm living in France so some packages can become pretty expensive to send.
Smaller items fits in a letter format (thickness 3cm max) and have then lower shipping costs.
But big plushies can't fit in a thin box. I need to put it in a real box (way heavier than a thin box) and then officially send it as a 'package'.
From France, costs for United States and Canada are expensive, especially when package is heavy.


Can I choose Standard shipping instead of Tracked shipping?
On this shop, no. All the products are only available with tracking shipping to avoid package to be lost in outerspace or elsewhere.
BUT!
I know international shippings are very expensive so I allow you to get standard shipping FOR SMALL ITEMS ONLY :

Set up the price of the product(s) + the standard shipping fee (1.30€) and send this to my paypal :

With this method you can buy up to 4 charms or up to 8 badges (or 1 charm + 6 badges, etc...)

I assure you that I will send the package, but can't assure you post office will do their job (lost packages are not that common but still enough for me to avoid standard shipping for my merch store).



What if my package got lost?
I only use tracked shipping to avoid such issue, but I imagine this can still happen... :s
NONE OF MY PACKAGES GOT LOST over all those years, if it can reassure you though ;)
If it still happends, you agree that we are both losing something in this situation. I already put the lowest prices I can on my products so my income is really tiny comparing to my costs and hours of work.

If your package is lost, I will still offer to you a discount for another order :
- for a flat plushie or small item, I can offer a 60% discount.
- for more complex plushies/items I can offer a 30% discount.
Concerning preordered items, I may not be able to do new ones in a short time. You may have to wait the next preorders batch.
- if the product is not available anymore I will offer you a refund (30% or 60%).
